7 Fast and Natural Ways to treat Pimples

1. Avocado & Honey mask
You’ll need 1 avocado and 1 honey.  Rinse your face with water and pat it dry. Scrap out the inside of the avocado and mash it up, then stir in the honey. Continuing mashing/stirring until it turns into a paste. Apply it to your skin and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. When you’re done, wash off the mixture with lukewarm water and pat your face dry. Depending on your skin type, apply moisturizer.
2.  Lemon Juice
The acidic property of lemons can be very useful in treating acne. Lemon will clean out dirt that has accumulated in the pores and will harden the sebum. You can use it on your skin daily but if it is too drying then use it every two or three days.  Rub a slice of lemon on the affected area and leave it for a few hours before rinsing your face with water.  You can also mix lemon juice with rose water in equal amounts and use the solution to wash the affected area thoroughly.
3. Baking Soda
There are two ways to go about this-making a facial mask, or a straightforward scrub. For a facial mask, mix equal parts baking soda to water to form a thick paste. Massage the paste on in slow circular motions for a 2 minutes. Leave the mask on for around 15-20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water, pat dry, and moisturize.  For a scrub, mix a half a cup of baking soda with one eighth a cup of water. Apply the paste to your face, massaging it in well. After 5-6 minutes of this, rinse your face thoroughly with warm water, pat dry, and moisturize.
4.  Fuller’s earth
Fuller’s earth also known as multani mitti is good for greasy and acne-prone skin as it absorbs excess oils (without over-drying your skin) and unclogs the pores. It helps improve your complexion too. You can find it at Indian grocery stores.  Mix equal proportions of Fuller’s earth (multani mitti), rose water, and sandalwood powder.  Apply this mud pack to your face.  Wash after it dries up.  Repeat the process once a week.
5. Oatmeal
Oatmeal is beneficial in reducing acne because it cleanses your skin pores and absorbs excess oil. Plus, it exfoliates your skin.  Mix one teaspoon of honey and the juice of half a lemon in a cup of cooked oatmeal.  Rub this mixture over your skin.  Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water.  Do this once or twice a week.
6.  Cinnamon and honey mask
You will need 2 tbsp. honey, 1 tsp cinnamon and paper towels.   Rinse your face with water and pat dry. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon together until they are thoroughly blended and have formed a sort of paste. Apply the mask to your face (or spot treat) and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off completely, and pat your face dry. This is a sticky mixture, so make sure you have some paper towels at on hand.
7. Tea
You need 1 bag of green tea.  Wash your face with water, and pat dry with a soft clean towel. Place your leaves in a clean bowl and pour boiling water over them. Steep for 4-5 minutes before straining the leaves and letting the liquid cool to a comfortable temperature. You can then pour into a spray bottle and spritz your face lightly, soak a cotton pad/soft cloth and apply, or simply use a teabag steeped for 2-3 minutes, patting it onto your face or problem areas. Some people find more success just leaving the refreshing liquid on, while others rinse it off with cool water.

Ways To Stop Overeating

1
Steer clear of fad diets that promise rapid weight loss in a short period of time. In general, losing weight too quickly is not safe. Although it is possible to lose up to 10 pounds per week for the first two weeks of dieting, this is usually a result of water loss and not a true indication of weight loss. The recommended amount of weight to safely lose is 1 to 2 pounds per week.

2
Refrain from participating in diets that require you to banish foods completely from your diet (such as Atkins or the Cookie Diet), or severely restrict the amount of calories that you can consume in a day.

Refrain from emotional eating. If you find that you are eating food when you are depressed, lonely, angry or after a hard day at work, you are eating for the wrong reasons.

Eat only when you are hungry. If you are eating out of habit and not because of hunger, you are feeding your habits rather than feeding your body what it needs.

Stop eating when you feel full. Most people just instinctively eat what is in front of them, regardless of whether or not they are still hungry.

Want your hair to grow faster ?

Just Hi-drate !

Yes, you heard right, Water!! It’s Cheap! It’s Easy to get! Most of all its Healthy! So why not make the most of it? Water hydrates the body and helps to regulate the circulatory system, which feeds the hair follicle, which then stimulates hair growth. If your hair roots are deficient in adequate water levels your tresses will eventually become dry, brittle and may stop growing.

Dehydration and Hair Growth:

Lack of water causes Dehydration, but very few people know that dehydration has a direct impact on hair growth. It is a common fact that our body is usually composed of 60-80% water. When it does not receive the adequate amount of water in order to maintain cell health and reproduction, it becomes dehydrated which directly impacts hair growth. You can intake fistfuls of hair vitamins and other hair growing supplements, but if you are not consuming apt amount of water to meet your body’s daily H2O requirements, the cells which are responsible for hair growth will not be able to grow and reproduce and as a result, your hair will become extremely dry and withered. This can stop the natural growth cycle of your hair.

Benefits of Water for Hair Growth:

There are various benefits of drinking water for hair growth. Those are as follows:
1. Water is the root source of energy for each and every cell of our body. It includes those cells too, that are responsible for hair growth and its health.
2. Water nurtures cells and provides them required hair vitamins.
3. It generates magnetic and electrical energy which is considered as a core power to sustain life. This is done through a process called hydrolysis.
4. The roots of the hair and our scalp have many energy-sensitive and photosensitive nerve endings. Water activates all these nerve endings and other sensors in our skin and scalp that enhances the natural vitality of hair roots.

Things That Can Wake You Up Better Than Coffee

The apple offers major benefits to the human body, but fruits in general are big, too. So, why apples you may ask? The benefits of an apple are amazing, since it contains fructose which is a natural sugar that can wake you up naturally and help keep you going. It also moves slowly through the body, reaching areas where you may not wake up immediately, but once an apple in your system it'll wake you up and keep you awake.

Coming from the cocoa bean, chocolate at least starts as something all natural. It's a fatty food, so it's not something you want to indulge in frequently. But if no coffee is present, a simple chocolate bar does have enough within to make you wake up. The moment you put chocolate in your body, it can give close to immediate comfort, but also drive up energy. It won't last for a very long time, but if you get moving once you eat or drink something with chocolate involved, chances are you're waking up pretty well.

Seems a bit obvious, I know. But, light has a way of, shall we say, annoying people in the morning. Whether you wake up to the bright sun or the light being cut on in your room, it may be a torturous way to get up, but it's guaranteed to get you up and keep you up.

Another one that may seem obvious, but is not used as often with Americans, is exercise. It's not as if you have to do a lot, but things like running in the morning, even if it's just around the block, not only can keep you healthy and fit, but it will wake your body up very well. Stretching can be a big help, or if you're feeling foggy, heading to the gym can get you going. But most of the time, you can get going right at home with no need for a gym membership. Really, it's all about the blood. When you get up and going you start to get the blood flowing throughout the entire body.

Some of you may be asking, "How can water wake me up?" Well, drinking one glass of water before bedtime will make you have to, well, get up to use the restroom. So, that's one way of course. But there are several other ways. The shower includes water, unless you live with Willy Wonka and have the best chocolate shower ever! However, what's most effective is being awakened by cold water being thrown on you by someone. That is a guarantee that you'll wake up. If we want to make it scientific, water has a lot of health benefits, too. Think about it, your body is made up mostly of water. You can last 3 weeks without any food but only 3 days without water, meaning it is important to the body daily. So, starting the day with a tall glass of water or bottle of water can really help the body.

5 Ways To Prevent Acne.

Acne, medically known as Acne Vulgaris, is a skin disease that involves the oil glands at the base of hair follicles. It commonly occurs during puberty when the sebaceous (oil) glands come to life - the glands are stimulated by male hormones produced by the adrenal glands of both males and females. The word acne comes from the word acme meaning "the highest point," which comes from the Greek akme meaning "point" or "spot".

So, this are 5 ways you can apply to prevent Acne:

1. Clean Makeup Brushes:

Always use clean makeup tools. If you use dirty brushes and sponges, you are putting that bacteria right back on your face. The same goes if you share makeup tools with someone else. All you’re doing is spreading the dirt and bacteria back and forth, which is going to cause both people breakouts.
Here's a tutorial on how to clean your Brushes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mdBSUP-t1bM

2. Don't Pick:

The more you pick at a current breakout, the more likely you are to have another breakout in the very near future.

3. Establish a Skincare Routine:

Establish a good skin routine that you stick with every day to keep your skin clean and moisturized. Here's a tutorial on Skincare routine, hope it helps:

4. Clear Pores with Facial Masks:

Clear your pores and remove impurities with facial masks often, once to twice a week if possible. You can try DIY one, here are some ideas:

5. Drink Plenty of Water:

Drink plenty of water to keep skin clear and hydrated. The more water you drink, the more your skin will be able to purge the impurities out of it by sweating out the toxins. Here are 13 easy ways to drink more water:
