Things Every Woman Needs to Do for Her Skin:

Double Up on Fruits and Vegetables
Eating the right amount of fruits and vegetables can give you a healthy, vital glow.
Either you eat them or make a Fruity Water with them.

Do This Only Twice a Day
Most women wash their face three to four times a day, says Emmy Graber, MD
a dermatologist and assistant professor of dermatology at the Boston University School of Medicine,
but studies show that twice a day is optimal. The more you wash, the more likely you are to
strip your skin of natural oils.

Totally Worry About Sunscreen...
...even when you think you're protected by clothing.

Choose the Least-Popular Sleep Position
Only 14 percent of Americans sleep on their back—even though it's the best way
to prevent sleep wrinkles.
Sleeping on the side or on the stomach (done by 63 percent and 16 percent of us, respectively)
has been shown to cause wrinkles on the parts of the face pressed into the pillow

Stay Hydrated !
When the temperatures rise, getting enough to drink is important
whether you’re playing sports, traveling or just sitting in the sun.

Drinks That Lower Blood Pressure

1. Beet juice

How it works: Beets are a good source of potassium -- and a good source of folate, both of which are important in regulating blood pressure. What's more, beets contain nitrate, which is converted into nitrites once ingested. Nitrites relax smooth muscle tissue and increase blood flow. Finally, beets support healthy blood vessel function and battle homocysteine, which can damage blood vessels.

2. Hibiscus tea

How it works: Like pomegranate juice, hibiscus contains bioactive phytochemicals that act as a natural ACE inhibitor. One study showed that hibiscus tea was as effective at lowering blood pressure as captopril, a prescription ACE inhibitor used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure.

3. Cranberry juice

How it works: Cranberries and cranberry juice have powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that help prevent and reduce damage inside the blood vessels, thereby preventing an undesirable increase in blood pressure. In addition, cranberry juice may help reduce blood pressure by dilating blood vessels and increasing blood flow. Finally, cranberries are an excellent source of blood-pressure-lowering vitamin C.

4. Water

How it works: Drinking adequate amounts of water is, quite simply, one of the healthiest, cheapest, and most effective ways that you can help lower your blood pressure. Chronic dehydration causes blood vessels to constrict, which helps the body conserve water by reducing water loss through perspiration, urination, and respiration. Unfortunately, constricted blood vessels require your heart to work harder, resulting in a spike in blood pressure. If you fin it hard to drink your 8-8, try

5 Ways To Prevent Acne.

Acne, medically known as Acne Vulgaris, is a skin disease that involves the oil glands at the base of hair follicles. It commonly occurs during puberty when the sebaceous (oil) glands come to life - the glands are stimulated by male hormones produced by the adrenal glands of both males and females. The word acne comes from the word acme meaning "the highest point," which comes from the Greek akme meaning "point" or "spot".

So, this are 5 ways you can apply to prevent Acne:

1. Clean Makeup Brushes:

Always use clean makeup tools. If you use dirty brushes and sponges, you are putting that bacteria right back on your face. The same goes if you share makeup tools with someone else. All you’re doing is spreading the dirt and bacteria back and forth, which is going to cause both people breakouts.
Here's a tutorial on how to clean your Brushes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mdBSUP-t1bM

2. Don't Pick:

The more you pick at a current breakout, the more likely you are to have another breakout in the very near future.

3. Establish a Skincare Routine:

Establish a good skin routine that you stick with every day to keep your skin clean and moisturized. Here's a tutorial on Skincare routine, hope it helps:

4. Clear Pores with Facial Masks:

Clear your pores and remove impurities with facial masks often, once to twice a week if possible. You can try DIY one, here are some ideas:

5. Drink Plenty of Water:

Drink plenty of water to keep skin clear and hydrated. The more water you drink, the more your skin will be able to purge the impurities out of it by sweating out the toxins. Here are 13 easy ways to drink more water:

Health benefits of drinking lemon infused water ...

Lemon in water has many medicinal values, as well as its benefits for cleansing the body, stimulating the liver, and improving digestion and elimination.

Lemon water helps to alkalize the body and control the proliferation of unhealthy bacteria and viruses.

11 Benefits of Lemon Water

1. Gives your immune system a boost.

Vitamin C is like our immune system’s jumper cables, and lemon juice is full of it. The level of vitamin C in your system is one of the first things to plummet when you’re stressed, which is why experts recommended popping extra vitamin C during especially stressful days.

2. Excellent source of potassium.

As already mentioned, lemons are high in potassium, which is good for heart health, as well as brain and nerve function.

3. Aids digestion.

Lemon juice not only encourages healthy digestion by loosening toxins in your digestive tract, it helps to relieve symptoms of indigestion such as heartburn, burping, and bloating.

4. Cleanses your system.

It helps flush out the toxins in your body by enhancing enzyme function, stimulating your liver.

5. Freshens your breath.

It also helps relieve toothaches and gingivitis (say wha?). Because the citric acid can erode tooth enamel, either hold off on brushing your teeth after drinking lemon water or brush your teeth before drinking it.

6. Keeps your skin blemish-free.

The antioxidants in lemon juice help to not only decrease blemishes, but wrinkles too! It can also be applied to scars and age spots to reduce their appearance, and because it’s detoxifying your blood, it will maintain your skin’s radiance.

7. Helps you lose weight.

Lemons contain pectin fiber, which assists in fighting hunger cravings.

8. Reduces inflammation.

If you drink lemon water on a regular basis, it will decrease the acidity in your body, which is where disease states occur. It removes uric acid in your joints, which is one of the main causes of inflammation.

9. Gives you an energy boost.

Lemon juice provides your body with energy when it enters your digestive tract, and it also helps reduce anxiety and depression. (Even the scent of lemons has a calming effect on your nervous system!)

10. Helps to cut out caffeine.

I didn’t believe this until I tried it, but replacing my morning coffee with a cup of hot lemon water has really done wonders! I feel refreshed, and no longer have to deal with that pesky afternoon crash. Plus, my nerves are thankful.

11. Helps fight viral infections.

Warm lemon water is the most effective way to diminish viral infections and their subsequent sore throats. Plus, with the lemon juice also boosting your immune system, you’ll simultaneously fight off the infection completely.
